Geetha is a pharma marketing professional with around 30 years of experience in the Indian healthcare industry. A post-graduate from Mumbai University, she began her career in R & D and transitioned to the Product Management Team post her management education. During her career, Geetha has been associated with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Modi-Mundipharma, Dabur Pharmaceuticals, Cipla and IPCA labs as well as healthcare consulting agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather. Currently she is an independent consultant and advisor to Indian and International healthcare companies advising them on product feasibility & launch strategies, brand strategy formulation, designing of brand promotion and growth plans. Her core expertise includes conceptualisation, ideation of brand positioning, building marketing proposals as well as sales training. Geetha has also been a visiting faculty member for healthcare programs at management institutes in Mumbai.

Dr. Anubha is a visionary and successful leader with an innovative approach and great team-building capabilities. She has a unique blend of experience from Industry, Academia, University Statutory Positions, and Entrepreneurship. She is a Pharmaceutical Professional with 30+ years of proven track record of working in very senior positions in the management of Indian and foreign multinational pharmaceutical companies, academic institutes, and the university. Dr.Anubha has guided the PG research of 34 M.Pharm and 6 PhD students. She holds 3 Indian patents and 64 research publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Anubha has also been an excellent mentor and facilitator for start-up ideas giving end-to-end support and guidance to young entrepreneurs. Her current mission is to focus on skilling, up-skilling, and re-skilling of healthcare students and professionals with the objective of ‘Industry Readiness’ and ‘Career Growth’ in their area of interest, to enable them to acquire the necessary skills to improve their employability and also to develop their entrepreneurial skills so that they can confidently explore their business ideas and stand on their own.

With graduation in Pharmacy from Mumbai University, she started her career in the QC/QA and R & D division of a reputed herbal formulations company. After her post-graduation in Management, she has been involved in market research & consulting - qualitative & quantitative research. Lakshmi has held senior management positions in reputed consulting & research firms and has deep insights related to the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, FMCG, Financial products & services, Education and Retail sectors. Highlights of her research & consulting includes entry strategies, product launches for new drugs/molecules, competitive intelligence studies, usage & attitude, behavioural & perception studies. As part of her commitment towards knowledge sharing, she has been a visiting faculty at various management colleges in Mumbai. Lakshmi presently manages research activities focussing on markets & strategies for both domestic as well as international clients.
