Step 1 – “My strengths, My Role”

• A Sector Specific Talent Assessment for identifying strengths / limitations and the best-fit career verticals
• This will be taken by the student at his / her convenient place & time
• No prior preparation needed for this test

Step 2 – One-on-one Counselling of the Assessment

• A detailed analysis of the Talent Assessment report by a PlatPharm counsellor team to advice the student on the best-fit career path.
• This will consider student interests, aspirations and further plans along with the student strengths and limitations
